The BVBW 2020 walks program is suspended until further notice.

To keep us all safe, we've taken the difficult decision not to come together for walks for the moment.

Let's hope everybody works hard and stops the spread - the sooner it's over, the sooner we can get back to walking!

We'll let regular walkers know by email when the program resumes.

BVBW Inc Affiliation and Insurance Update

 Dear Bushwalkers Since the Department of Sport and Recreation disbanded the 'Walking for Pleasure' program, members of BVBW have been trying to find the best solution to get us all back walking again. To this end many members have done a lot of research, made many phone calls and we’ve had a few meetings. Following our two meetings at Wolumla Hall we’ve become an incorporated body, Bega Valley Bushwalkers Inc., and have elected a committee.  The committee has been in regular contact and has now decided to recommend to the group that we:   proceed with affiliation with Bushwalking NSW    take the Insurance offered through Bushwalking Australia.
